Quality is the key to success. We follow this simple rule everywhere – within and outside the company. The idea of total quality put into practice at JSC EKRANAS has provided real benefits to both the company’s employees and the customers. In developing a high quality product, the employees gain self-confidence, strength and satisfaction and are encouraged to go forward. On the other hand, the customers are pleased with the company because good products mean reliability. Attention and efforts to the quality were and are inflicted all the time the AB ‘’EKRANAS’’ is existing. The biggest step was done in 1999, when a quality management system was implanted according to the ISO 9001 standard and certified by Dutch audit firm ‘’KEMA’’, which is the member of the IQNET system. In 2002 quality management system was adapted to equivalent of ISO 9001-2000 standard and integrated by the ISO 14001 standard with the system of environmental protection system, which also was certified by firm ‘’KEMA’’.
Every day the quality is needed everywhere – controlling the processes, taking care of environment and the health of the workers, working and learning, taking the decisions. That is why the vision of the company is that all the department systems gradually merge into all-including system of business management, which could satisfy all the groups of concerned people: shareholders, consumers, society and the workers themselves.
We are flexible and dynamic, we focus on the needs of each customer and are quick to respond to their requests by introduction innovations in both production and service processes.
