Company business result for the I Quarter y. 2005
In reference to the announcement of EKRANAS dated January 20, 2005, made by Mr.A.Giz – Vice-chairman of the Board, were estimated losses in company’s budget. The company planed mill.15 LTL losses for the I Quarter.
Actual result is losses mill.14.9 LTL.EKRANAS Board also announced about losses at mill. 10 LTL for the year 2005. The Board has not changed this prognoses.
Sales forecast and prices increase in the 4 Quarter y. 2005 is also maintained.
The first feasibility study for LCD model assembly in EKRANAS made by Japanese experts in March was reported positively.
EKRANAS Board and Executives have investigated the next step to development.
Design and development project of Slim type CPT is continuing.
Compared with Global and European producers of display industries ( including plasma displays and LCD panels producers) EKRANAS maintains it’s expectation and position in the market.
